Non-destructive testing personnel

TÜV Rheinlnd Bulgara has accreditation with registration No. 3 OSL from EA “Bulgarian Accreditation Service” according to BDS EN ISO / IEC 17024 for certification of personnel for non-destructive testing in accordance with BDS EN ISO 9712 for levels 1, 2 and 3, according to the following methods:

• Eddy current test (ET)
• Penetrant test (PT)
• Magnetic particle test (MT)
• Radiography (RT)
• Evaluation of films (limited scope RT-FI)
• Real-time radiography - Radioscopy (RT-S)
• Ultrasound test (UT)
• Ultrasonic test, thickness measurement only for corrosion and lamination test with normal sensors (UT-Th)
• Leak test with differential pressure (LT-B)
• Visual inspection (VT)

• s - Pre-and in-service testing which includes manufacturing;
• r - Railway maintenance;

• c: Castings;
• f: Forgings;
• w: Welds;
• t: Tubes and pipes (including flat products for the manufacturing of welded pipes;
• wp: Wrought products

TÜV Rheinland Bulgaria, as a recognized third party organization (RTPO) under European Directive 2014/68/EU is authorised to approve non-destructive testing personnel for work in the fields of production, repair and maintenance of pressure vessels and equipment
