    Our client appointed us from TÜV Rheinland, for provision of worldwide expediting services to perform expediting tasks at vendor's and manufacturers locations. These services will primarily be ad-hoc visits but can also include long-term assignments.

    Main Services
    • Provide worldwide expediting services to the company’s new project developments, up and downstream technical services and up and downstream operations. The Expediting Tasks were at Vendors or manufacturer’s location. These services are based on short-term (ad-hoc) assignments and long-term (resident based) assignments.
    • Worldwide expediting may be required for the company’s projects, operations and maintenance activities in UAE and Qatar on following basis:
      • Provision of worldwide expediter on a long-term assignment (exceeding 1 MONTH) at manufacturing and fabrication premises worldwide.
      • Provision of worldwide expediter on a short-term assignment (up to 1 MONTH) at manufacturing and fabrication premises worldwide.
    Customer Benefits
    • Monitoring the manufacturing progress, material order status, engineering and drafting status for smooth processes
    • Overseeing the final packing and shipment stages by an independent third party organization
    • Prevention of bottleneck, capital stock or/and delays and penalties
    • Keep schedules of production, delivery or/and payment
    • Ensure compliance with contractual conditions, specifications and/or applicable standards
