Indonesia - Regulation No.47/2025 Adding HCFC-123 Restrictions

​Regulation No.47/2025 adds HCFC-123 to the list of substances that trigger import restrictions. The new criteria apply to:
Non-fire suppression systems using CFC, HCFC-22, or HCFC-123; and Cooling-based electronics using these substances, whether empty or filled.

The regulation provides exemptions for cargos shipped before January 1, 2026, as evidenced by the Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB) date and arriving at the port of destination no later than January 31, 2026.​
