Mexico - Draft Mexican Official Standard PROY-NOM-175-SEMARNAT-2026: Maximum Permissible Emission Limits for Pollutants into the Atmosphere from the Exhaust of New Motorcycles Equipped with a Gasoline Internal Combustion Engine

This project establishes maximum emission limits for total hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen oxides from the exhaust of new gasoline motorcycles. 

It also defines the requirements for integrated on-board diagnostic systems to monitor these emissions. 

Finally, it outlines the standards for emission control systems and the certification of origin necessary for compliance.
