USA - Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Consumer Gas-Fired Instantaneous Water Heaters

​This document further delays the effective date of a recently published final rule (notified as G/TBT/N/USA/508/Rev.1/Add.4) that amends the energy conservation standards for gas-fired instantaneous water heaters. 

The effective date of the rule amending 10 CFR part 430, as published at 89 FR 105188 on December 26, 2024, is postponed from March 20, 2025 to May 20, 2025.​
